Designed by Studio Birk with interiors by Adelene Smith Ng, it features a modern design with a personalised finish and a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere in the exclusive Matterhorn village of Zermatt. The residence has five beautifully styled king bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests. It offers stunning Matterhorn and Höhbalmen views, south-facing balconies, an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, fast internet/WiFi access, an elevator, a ski room and access to a shared wellness area.

The property can be taken on a self-catered basis with concierge services, pre-arrival fridge fills and daily bread and pastry delivery.

The townhouse features five king bedrooms with Vi-spring beds, Porto Romana lighting, bespoke bedside tables and headboards, and Corston fittings. The box-sprung beds can be arranged as super-king beds or twin beds. Each bedroom has handmade built-in birch wardrobes, natural wool carpets and underfloor heating.

The bathrooms feature Val-stone floors and tadelakt walls. The master bathrooms have a bath, separate shower and WC. The secondary bedrooms each have a private bathroom with a shower, Cielo sink and cabinet, and WC.

The lounge features an open fire, stunning Matterhorn views, south-facing balconies, an OLED TV with sound bar, smoked oak herringbone floors, sofas, consoles and designer furnishings. The dining area has a walnut dining table and chairs that can seat 12 comfortably.

The fully fitted, handmade birch-wood kitchen has V-Zug appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, combi-oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine and wine fridge.

Each floor can be accessed by an elegant oak spiral staircase or by the lift. The property also has a communal wellness area with a swimming pool, swim jet, sauna, steam room, outdoor jacuzzi and a small fitness room. A massage room is available where an in-house therapist can offer Swedish massage, Indian head massage, foot or full-body massage, manicures, pedicures and facials.

Guests have access to the townhouse and its private facilities, including the private balconies, ski room, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, elevator, fast internet/WiFi access and TV.

Guests also have access to the communal wellness area, which includes a swimming pool, swim jet, sauna, steam room, outdoor jacuzzi and small fitness room. A massage room is also available with treatments offered by an in-house therapist.

The Klein Matterhorn Lift is approximately a 1-minute walk away, and the Klein Matterhorn Express is approximately 100 metres from the property. The centre of the village is approximately an 8-minute walk away.

Each floor of the townhouse can be reached using the elevator or the oak spiral staircase.
