Designed for large groups, the property offers bright and spacious interiors with multiple seating areas, a cosy lounge, reading nook, large sofas, and a flatscreen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, while the dining area comfortably seats up to 18 guests for shared meals and celebrations.

Outside, the private heated swimming pool is surrounded by stylish seating, a spacious garden, and plenty of outdoor space for relaxing or entertaining throughout the year.

The property offers nine comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and sink. The master bedroom also includes a bathtub. Flexible zip-and-link beds allow several rooms to be arranged as either king-size or twin beds upon request.

Guests have private access to the entire property, including all living areas, bedrooms, garden, heated swimming pool, hot tub, and free on-site parking for up to four cars, with additional roadside parking available.

The property offers free private parking for four vehicles, with additional parking available on the road. Convenient transport links also provide easy access to London and nearby towns.

The heated swimming pool is maintained at approximately 25°C throughout the year and is unavailable between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. The hot tub operates daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. During hot tub operation, the pool remains open, although the filtration system is temporarily paused.

Bedrooms with zip-and-link beds can be prepared as twin beds or king beds upon request. Requests should be made at least seven days before arrival.

The property is smoke-free and pet-free. Guests are kindly asked to keep outdoor noise to a minimum during the evening to respect neighbouring residents.
