Luxury Alpine Escape With Wellness Area

This spacious 370 sqm chalet is spread across four levels and accommodates up to 12 guests. Located in the Rochebrune area, it is approximately a 10-minute walk from the village centre and close to the ski slopes. The chalet features contemporary interiors with soft materials and light colours, along with a dedicated wellness area that includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and gym. The swimming pool is available from 15 December to 30 March and from 1 July to 31 August.

The first level is dedicated to wellness and includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and gym. The second level features four double bedrooms and one children's bedroom. Three bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, while two additional bathrooms are shared. The third level offers a bright open-plan living area with a cathedral-style lounge, dining area, modern kitchen, balcony, and a central wood-burning fireplace. The upper level is exclusively occupied by the master bedroom, which includes an en-suite bathroom and private balcony.

Guests have access to the entire chalet, including the indoor swimming pool during its seasonal opening periods, sauna, gym, garage with an electric vehicle charging station, ski locker, laundry room, balconies, outdoor furniture, and all living spaces.

The village centre is approximately 500 metres away. The nearest ski slopes, ski lift, and ski school are approximately 270 metres from the chalet.

Daily housekeeping and maintenance are provided for four hours each day. Beds are made before arrival, household and bath linens are included, end-of-stay cleaning is provided, bathroom products are supplied, a welcome basket is provided, and wood for the fireplace is included. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. The indoor swimming pool is available from 15 December to 30 March and from 1 July to 31 August.
