The property offers a total of twelve bedrooms with a combination of connecting rooms, double bed setups, a two-bedroom apartment, and a VIP suite, totaling sixteen beds. It has been fully refurbished, featuring natural materials, soft colors, and a layout that creates a private yet open tropical atmosphere with many photo opportunities and unique corners throughout the property.

The villa is arranged in a large L-shaped structure that surrounds a saltwater pool and sundeck on one side, while a covered wooden patio with seating is positioned on the other. At the top of the property sits a large garden. Indoor and outdoor living areas both function as salons with large sofas, dining tables, and lounge spaces. The indoor salon has retractable windows opening toward the pool and can be fully closed and air-conditioned. The outdoor wooden patio is shaded by trees, connected to the garden, and linked to a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. The design includes terraces, patios, staircases, ponds with fish and water plants, and multiple seating areas throughout.

Guests have access to the entire property including the building, garden, terraces, patios, and saltwater pool. Only the concierge house is excluded. A concierge lives on-site, and security is present at night. The villa team is also available to assist guests throughout the stay, including arrival arrangements and service coordination.

Transport and private drivers are available at any time. Bicycles of all sizes are available for rent. The property also offers ample secured parking inside the gated compound.

The pool is maintained on weekdays, including cleaning and water quality checks. A concierge service is available on-site and assists with guest needs, including airport welcoming and local arrangements.
