Outdoor spaces include a heated infinity pool, multiple sun terraces, outdoor dining and chill-out areas, a barbecue, an outdoor bar with fridge, an outdoor shower, landscaped lawns, and a rooftop terrace with a bar and panoramic sea views. Amenities include WiFi, air conditioning, heating, a fitness room, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, coffee machine, dishwasher, freezer, alarm system, Sonos sound system, televisions including TVs in all bedrooms, bedroom safes, private parking, private gates, and a fully fenced garden.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor living areas, the private heated infinity pool, rooftop terrace, gardens, outdoor dining and lounge areas, fitness room, laundry facilities, and private parking.

Car rental is recommended. Private parking is available at the villa.

Pool heating is available for an additional charge of €1,000 per week. Housekeeping is included for four hours per day, five days per week. Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A €3,000 security deposit is required. Children are welcome. Smoking and events are not permitted. The villa is not wheelchair accessible.
