This newly built contemporary villa offers approximately 600 m² of elegant living space with panoramic sea views above the harbour. Designed with minimalist architecture and warm finishes, the villa accommodates up to 10 guests across five en-suite bedrooms. Expansive indoor and outdoor living areas include a heated infinity pool with a waterfall feature, multiple sea-facing terraces, an outdoor dining area with barbecue, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a private gym, and a panoramic sea-view sauna. The villa is located just minutes from the marina, restaurants, boutiques, shops, and local amenities while offering a peaceful and private setting.

The villa features approximately 600 m² of contemporary living space designed to maximise natural light and uninterrupted sea views. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are connected by floor-to-ceiling glass, creating a seamless flow between the interior and the outdoor terraces. The fully equipped kitchen includes premium appliances, while the living area features a fireplace for added comfort. A domotics system controlled via iPad manages the home's functions. Outdoor spaces include covered and open terraces, a heated infinity pool with a waterfall feature and integrated chill-out area, an outdoor dining area, barbecue facilities, a garden, garage, private gates, parking, and parasols. Additional wellness facilities include a private gym and a panoramic sea-view sauna.

Guests have access to the entire villa, including the private heated infinity pool, sea-facing terraces, outdoor dining area, barbecue, garden, private gym, sauna, garage, parking, lift, and all indoor living spaces. Housekeeping is included for three hours daily from Monday through Saturday. Towels are changed every second day if needed, and bed linen is changed once per week.

The villa is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, and the town centre. The marina is just moments away and offers access to scenic harbour walks and boat trips along the coastline. Parking and a garage are available at the property.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A security deposit of €5,000 is required. Tourist tax is payable upon arrival. Pool heating is available for an additional €350 per week, and there is an energy charge of €250 per week. Departure cleaning is included. Children are welcome. Smoking and events are not permitted. The villa is not wheelchair accessible.
