A fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, filtered water tap, dishwasher, freezer, and modern appliances. The lower level offers a home cinema, office area, and a private gym equipped with free weights and an exercise bike, all centered around an internal atrium that fills the space with natural light.

The outdoor areas include a private saltwater swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and greenery, an outdoor dining area beneath a shaded pergola with a barbecue and seating for 14 guests, outdoor chill-out spaces, balconies, terraces, and a rooftop terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea toward Formentera.

Amenities include WiFi, air conditioning, underfloor heating, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, laundry room, Sonos sound system, satellite TV, safe, alarm system, CCTV, fireplace, and private parking within a fully fenced property with private gates.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the private saltwater swimming pool, rooftop terrace, outdoor dining and barbecue areas, balconies, terraces, gym, cinema room, office area, laundry room, private parking, and all indoor living spaces.

Car rental is recommended. Private parking is available on the property, providing convenient access to nearby beaches, restaurants, shops, towns, and entertainment venues.

Daily housekeeping is included Monday through Saturday for four hours each day. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Children are welcome. Smoking and pets are not permitted. The property is not wheelchair accessible. A security deposit of €6,000 is required.
