The property is located approximately 20 minutes from the beach and a short drive from restaurants, shops, and the nearby town.

The home combines clean-lined interiors with natural textures and vibrant decorative details to create a relaxing atmosphere. Outdoor spaces include an expansive terrace with lounge seating, outdoor dining, barbecue facilities, an outdoor shower, an outdoor yoga platform, a pétanque court, and private gated grounds. The fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, underfloor heating, central heating, air conditioning, laundry facilities, fireplace, Sonos sound system, Smart TV, satellite TV, WiFi, and private saltwater swimming pool provide comfort throughout the year. Pool heating is available for an additional fee.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the private saltwater swimming pool, terraces, gardens, outdoor dining and lounge areas, barbecue, outdoor shower, outdoor yoga platform, pétanque court, and private gated grounds.

A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area. The property is approximately 36 minutes from the airport, around 20 minutes from the nearest beach, and within a short drive of restaurants, shops, and the nearby town.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. One mid-stay housekeeping service with linen and towel change is included for one-week stays. Daily cleaning is included during July and August. During July and August, stays also include airport transfers, concierge service, shopping service, continental breakfast, luxury bathroom amenities, bicycle rental, unlimited cleaning, and a champagne welcome. Pool heating is available for an additional charge of €400 per week. Outside July and August, additional cleaning can be arranged for €35 per hour. Children, pets, and events are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. A security deposit of €3,000 is required.
