With two king bedrooms, spacious living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen, the villa provides a comfortable and functional setting surrounded by tropical greenery.

Inspired by brutalist traditions, the villa emphasizes natural light through carefully placed openings and colorful glass panels. The owner's artistic influence is reflected throughout the carefully selected colors, lighting fixtures, and interior design. Although the villa incorporates extensive glass features, the architectural layout, construction materials, and mature garden trees maintain a naturally cool indoor environment throughout the year.

The design allows both bedrooms, the living room, and the dining areas on each floor to overlook the saltwater pool and tropical garden. Guests may enjoy natural airflow by opening the villa or use the air conditioning when preferred. The insulated rooftop helps keep the interiors comfortable year-round.

The practical open kitchen is fully equipped and connects directly to the dining area while offering garden views. Additional dining tables are located in the spacious living room and beneath the trees in the garden, both overlooking the pool.
