Guests can enjoy two swimming pools, including a heated saltwater pool, a sauna, private terraces, an outdoor kitchen, barbecue facilities, landscaped lawns, outdoor dining and lounge areas, a rooftop terrace, and an outdoor fitness area with sea views. Housekeeping, along with linen and towel changes, is included during the stay.

The villa offers five well-appointed bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces. Amenities include WiFi, air conditioning, heating with underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher, and freezer, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a bar, fitness room, jacuzzi bath, safes including bedroom safes, baby equipment, staff quarters, and separate guest bedroom(s). Entertainment features include Smart TVs, TVs in the bedrooms, Apple TV, satellite TV, Sonos sound system, sound system, and table tennis. Outdoor spaces include private terraces, a rooftop terrace, barbecue, outdoor kitchen, day beds, lawns, outdoor chill-out area, outdoor dining area, outdoor shower, private parking, and private gates.

Guests have access to the villa's indoor and outdoor living areas, private swimming pools, heated saltwater pool, sauna, fitness room, outdoor fitness area, rooftop terrace, private terraces, barbecue, outdoor kitchen, lawns, outdoor dining and lounge areas, laundry facilities, and private parking within gated grounds.

Housekeeping is included with the stay.

During the summer season, housekeeping is provided for 8 hours per day from Monday to Saturday. Linen is changed twice per week, and towels are changed three times per week.

During the winter season, housekeeping is provided for 4 hours per day from Monday to Saturday. Linen is changed once per week, and towels are changed twice per week.

The standard check-in time is 16:00, and the standard check-out time is 10:00.
