Located at the rear of the villa, the dining room overlooks the pool and tropical garden and connects directly to a slightly lowered terrace via a wide staircase. It also provides access to the staircase leading to the bedrooms, the bar and coffee pantry, and the fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding windows on both sides create excellent natural ventilation while offering plenty of daylight and views of the pool, sun deck, and surrounding landscaped slope.

Guests have exclusive use of the spacious five-bedroom villa. The entrance and secured parking area are shared with the neighboring twin villa, while both properties remain completely separated by thoughtfully designed landscaping to ensure privacy.

Housekeeping is available during the day to maintain the villa and guest rooms. A concierge visits regularly, while the operations team remains available 24 hours a day by phone to assist throughout the stay. A security guard lives on-site, operates the entrance gate, and serves as an emergency contact when needed.

The tourist center of the city is within walking distance. Friendly local drivers are available by phone and can also be found on the nearby main road approximately 150 meters away. App-based transportation services operate throughout the area. Several vehicles can be parked inside the villa's secured parking area.
