The villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and disabled access for added comfort.

Set on a single level, the villa combines modern comfort with natural surroundings. The air-conditioned living area opens directly onto the terrace and features a lounge area, HD television, Apple TV, Bose sound system, vaulted ceilings, and large openings that frame views of the vegetation and ocean.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, mixer, centrifuge, blender, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, and a breakfast bar. An outdoor dining table is located on the covered terrace, providing a pleasant setting for meals while enjoying the surrounding views.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool, an expansive terrace with loungers and deck chairs, a lounge area facing the view, and an outdoor shower. Modern outdoor lighting enhances the atmosphere after sunset.

The property is equipped with an air-conditioning system for guest comfort. Guests are requested to use the system responsibly by keeping doors and windows closed while it is operating and turning it off when leaving the property.

The villa is fully accessible on one level and includes disabled access features.

Please note that a completely independent studio is located on the lower level of the property and is rented year-round. This studio is separate from the villa and does not share interior spaces.
