This luxury hillside villa in Pointe Milou offers panoramic ocean views and accommodates up to 14 guests. Designed across two levels, the property features spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, a heated infinity pool, fitness room, massage room, TV room, and eight bedrooms. The villa blends elegant interiors with breathtaking Caribbean scenery, making it ideal for large families and groups seeking a relaxing island getaway.

Set across two levels, the villa features a large air-conditioned living room that opens onto both a landscaped rock garden and a pool terrace overlooking the ocean. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with professional-grade appliances, including two refrigerators/freezers, oven, hotplates, microwave, espresso and Nespresso coffee machines, kettle, blender, dishwasher, toaster, plancha, and wine cellar. Multiple dining areas include a large indoor dining table seating up to twelve guests and an additional smaller dining area.

The outdoor area includes a long heated infinity pool, sun loungers, a covered sitting area, and expansive terraces with ocean and hillside views. Additional amenities include a fitness room, massage room, TV room, Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout the bedrooms, U.S. satellite television, and private parking.

Private parking is available at the entrance of the property. The villa is situated on a hillside, and the nearby beach can be reached by carefully walking down the slope.

The heated pool operates annually from November 15 through April 30. Water temperature is generally maintained between 27°C and 30°C, subject to weather conditions and system performance.

Air conditioning is available throughout the property. Guests are expected to use the system responsibly by keeping doors and windows closed while operating it and switching it off when leaving the premises.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for reasonable and lawful use. Temporary interruptions due to service provider issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond the owner's control may occur.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
