This luxury five-bedroom villa is located in the Gouverneur area of St. Barths and offers panoramic views of Gouverneur Bay and the Caribbean Sea. Designed across two separate buildings and multiple levels, the property features two heated swimming pools, a fitness room, a massage room, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, and accommodations for up to 10 guests. The villa combines elegant interiors, expansive terraces, and premium amenities in a private ocean-facing setting close to Gouverneur Beach.

The villa is arranged across a main house and a secondary building, providing generous indoor and outdoor spaces. The air-conditioned living area features comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, HD television, satellite channels, Dish Network, and Apple TV. The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven and stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice machine, additional refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, retractable hood, wine cellar, juicer, two electric kettles, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, and mixer.

The covered terrace includes a large dining table seating ten guests. Outdoor spaces include expansive terraces, heated swimming pools, sun loungers with parasols, a solarium, outdoor lounges, a gazebo with dining area, gas barbecue, and outdoor sound system. The property also features a fitness room equipped with an indoor bike, rowing machine, kettlebells, weights, multi-gym machine, Pilates bands, and yoga mats. A separate massage room includes a heated massage table and steam room.

Included arrival services feature airport or port meet-and-greet assistance and escort service to the villa for up to four guests. Additional transportation services can be arranged upon request, including private driver services, taxi services, VIP transfers from the airport or dock, yacht reservations, and complete travel assistance.

The property offers complimentary Wi-Fi for reasonable and lawful use. Temporary internet interruptions beyond the owner's control may occur without compensation.

The heated swimming pools are heated annually from November 15 through April 30, with water temperatures generally maintained between 27°C and 30°C depending on weather conditions. Temperature variations may occur during exceptional weather or technical issues.

Air conditioning is available throughout the property. Guests are expected to use the system responsibly by keeping doors and windows closed while operating it and turning it off when leaving the premises.
