Designed to accommodate up to five guests, it combines convenient access to local amenities with a peaceful setting.

The apartment is situated on the 7th floor of the residence. Elevator access is available, although the final floor must be reached by stairs. The layout includes one double bedroom, one twin bedroom that can be arranged as a double, a living and dining area with a single sofa bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen, one shower room with toilet, and one bathroom with toilet. Large windows and the elevated position provide exceptional mountain views and abundant natural light throughout the day.

The property is approximately 200 meters from the center, 400 meters from the nearest ski lift and ski slopes, and 450 meters from the ski school. The closest ski area is Savoy / Brévent.

Pets are not permitted. The apartment is located on the 7th floor and the final level is accessible only by stairs. Included services comprise welcome reception, bathroom products, beds prepared before arrival, household and bath linens, and end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchen. Baby cots and high chairs may be available upon request and at an additional cost.
