Experience a comfortable mountain retreat in Argentière, Chamonix, just a short distance from the ski slopes and lifts. This spacious semi-detached chalet accommodates up to eight guests across four en-suite bedrooms and offers modern alpine living with a sauna, ski facilities, and generous indoor and outdoor spaces. Designed for both winter and summer stays, it provides convenient access to the renowned Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley and its wide range of outdoor activities.

Spanning 185 square meters, the chalet is thoughtfully arranged over three levels. The lower level features a private sauna, laundry room, boot heater, ski room, and garage, providing practical amenities for mountain stays.

The ground floor hosts four bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds that can be configured as a double bed. Every bedroom includes a TV, terrace access, and a private en-suite bathroom. Two bathrooms feature bathtubs, while the remaining two offer showers. A separate toilet is also located on this level.

The upper floor serves as the main living area, featuring an open-plan kitchen, dining area, TV lounge, and terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue appliance, washing machine, dryer, and other essentials for a comfortable self-catered stay.

The chalet is situated approximately 1 kilometer from the center of Argentière. The nearest ski slopes are about 150 meters away, while the ski lifts are approximately 400 meters from the property. The ski school is located around 650 meters away. Train station and airport transfer services may be arranged in advance.

The property is offered on a self-catered basis and includes beds made before arrival, bathroom amenities, household and bath linens, end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchen, and agency reception services.

Optional services may be available for an additional charge, including ski pass arrangements, ski equipment reservations, ski lessons, grocery delivery, childcare services, restaurant reservations, private transportation, private chef services, meal delivery, and helicopter transfers.

Pets are not allowed. Baby cots and high chairs may be available upon request for an additional charge.
