A separate study is positioned away from the main living area to provide a quiet workspace. The entire upper floor opens onto a spacious balcony with outdoor dining and BBQ facilities. The wellness area includes an indoor pool, sauna, hammam, and an outdoor hot tub set in a landscaped garden with mountain views. Entertainment facilities include a cosy cinema room, while practical features include a ski room and a double underground garage with direct access.
