The grounds extend across 1.1 hectares and include mature olive trees, olive groves, landscaped gardens, a shaded terrace with dining and lounge areas, a heated 16 x 5 metre swimming pool, sunbeds, umbrellas, and a garden lounge. The property is equipped with air conditioning and two charging stations for electric vehicles.

The property is approximately 1.5 hours by car from Marseille Airport, Nice Airport, and the Aix-en-Provence TGV station. Saint-Tropez is about one hour away by car. A vehicle is recommended for exploring the surrounding countryside and regional attractions.
