The property offers private landscaped gardens, a large private pool, multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas, and bright, airy interiors inspired by traditional farmhouse style. Located close to the quiet northern coastline and between several charming villages, it provides a relaxing retreat for families, couples, and romantic getaways.
The villa features spacious living areas designed for comfort and socializing. The large kitchen includes a dining table for eight and a fireplace, while the living room offers two separate lounge areas. A second dining area seats ten and connects directly to the pool terrace through large sliding glass doors. Two kitchens are available, including summer kitchen facilities in both the poolside dining area and the outdoor dining space beneath a pergola.
The outdoor areas include landscaped gardens with palm, pine, and olive trees, a 14m x 5m private swimming pool, sun loungers, a romantic day bed, outdoor chill-out spaces, barbecue facilities, an outdoor shower, and parking. The property is fully fenced and accessed through an electric gate, ensuring privacy throughout the stay.
Guests have access to the entire villa, private gardens, swimming pool, outdoor dining areas, living spaces, kitchens, laundry facilities, and parking areas. The grounds are fully fenced and private.
A car is recommended to fully enjoy the surrounding villages, beaches, and countryside attractions.
Minimum stay is 7 nights. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A security deposit of EUR 5,000 is required. A check-out clean is included, and linen and towel changes are provided every 4 days. Children are welcome. Events are not permitted. Wheelchair access is not available.
