Conveniently located near the resort center, ski slopes, ski lifts, and ski school, it provides an ideal base for enjoying the beauty and activities of the Pays du Mont-Blanc throughout the year.

Spread across three levels, the chalet combines traditional alpine charm with modern amenities. The ground floor is dedicated to relaxation and practical facilities, featuring an indoor jacuzzi, sauna, laundry room, boot heater, lobby, garage, and a separate toilet.

The first floor houses four comfortable double bedrooms, each equipped with a TV and wardrobe. Three bedrooms include balconies, while all bedrooms benefit from private en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a bathtub and independent toilet, while the remaining bedrooms offer either a bathtub or shower.

The upper floor serves as the main living area, offering a bright dining space, reading lounge, TV lounge, terrace, balcony, and both open-plan and closed fitted kitchens. A mezzanine with two single beds provides additional sleeping accommodations.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire chalet, including the indoor jacuzzi, sauna, garage, laundry facilities, living areas, dining spaces, terraces, balconies, and fully equipped kitchens. Comfort services include a personal welcome at the property, bathroom amenities, beds prepared before arrival, household and bath linens, and end-of-stay cleaning.

The chalet is situated approximately 800 meters from the resort center, 900 meters from the slopes and ski school, and 950 meters from the Rochebrune ski lift. Airport and train station transfer arrangements can be organized upon request. A private garage is available for guests traveling by car.

The property accommodates up to 8 adults. Comfort services are included, such as linens, welcome amenities, beds prepared before arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning. Additional services may be arranged for an extra fee, including ski pass reservations, ski equipment rental, ski lessons, grocery delivery, childcare, private chef services, butler services, private transportation, restaurant reservations, helicopter transfers, and wellness activities.
