This is a fully renovated traditional chalet designed as a comfortable family retreat in a quiet, slightly elevated setting close to the centre of Chamonix, approximately 2.2 km away. It offers a warm and well-equipped environment with wellness and leisure features, making it suitable for mountain stays in both winter and summer.

The property is arranged across three levels. The ground floor features a wellness area with a sauna and a TV corner, along with a ski room and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine. The first floor contains an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge that opens onto a terrace and small garden, as well as a shower room with a toilet. The top floor contains the sleeping areas, including two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom (one with a balcony) and a large family room divided into a children’s area with bunk beds and a parents’ area with a double bed, also with a bathroom. A private outdoor car park is available, and winter access may require special snow equipment due to a steep access road.

Guests have access to the living areas, bedrooms, terrace, small garden, ski room, laundry room, sauna area, and private outdoor parking space. Bed linen, towels, and beds made on arrival are included, along with end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchen. Reception is handled at an agency.

The property is approximately 2.2 km from the centre of Chamonix, around 2.9 km from the ski lifts and slopes, and about 3.0 km from the ski school. Nearby access includes the Brévent cable car and local transport connections typical of the valley.

The chalet includes outdoor furniture, parking space, ski locker, television, WiFi, dishwasher, dryer, freezer, fridge, fondue appliance, and a grill-stone cooking device. Pets are allowed. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. The access road can be steep in winter and may require suitable snow equipment for vehicles.
