This modern mountain chalet-style half property offers 134m² of living space and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It features an unobstructed view of the Aiguilles de Chamonix and is set in a peaceful area close to both ski access and the centre of Chamonix.

The interior is designed in a minimalist and modern style throughout. The main living area is an open-plan layout combining the dining room, kitchen, and living room, with partial dividers that provide a sense of separation while maintaining openness. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a bar area suitable for breakfast. A large sheltered terrace provides views of the Mont Blanc range. The sleeping area includes 2 double bedrooms, 1 children’s bedroom with a single bed, and 1 additional bedroom with a sofa bed. There is 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, and 2 separate toilets. A laundry room and a garage with a shoe dryer are also included.

Guests have access to the full accommodation including the living spaces, bedrooms, terrace, laundry room, and garage.

The accommodation is approximately 1km from the Flégère cable car and around 2km from the centre of Chamonix. Ski slopes and ski school are also within a short driving distance. The Aiguille du Midi lift, Brévent lift, Montenvers train, and Mont-Blanc tramway are accessible within the valley for mountain travel and sightseeing.

Housekeeping and linen services are included, with beds made on arrival in winter. End-of-stay cleaning is included except for the kitchen. Bathroom and household linen are provided in winter. Welcome items and bathroom products are included, and reception is provided through an agency. Pets are not allowed.
