A refined and spacious property designed around a central stately hall that elegantly divides the villa into two wings, connected by a striking spiral staircase across three floors.

The opposite wing includes a fully equipped kitchen and formal dining area with direct access to the outdoor terrace. This level also includes guest toilets and a laundry room for convenience.

The first floor hosts five bedrooms. One wing includes the master suite with a double bed, dressing room, and ensuite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bathtub, as well as a twin bedroom. The opposite wing offers three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

The top mansard floor features three additional bedrooms. One wing includes a double round bed bedroom with optional sofa bed and ensuite bathroom, along with a Turkish steam room.
