Outdoor areas include two heated saltwater swimming pools, expansive terraces, landscaped gardens, outdoor dining spaces, and a shared full-sized tennis court. Additional entertainment includes billiards, table tennis, cinema room facilities, Smart TVs, Apple TV, board games, and sound systems. The property is equipped for year-round stays with underfloor heating, central heating, air conditioning, and WiFi coverage throughout the interiors and outdoor spaces.

The estate consists of two neighbouring villas, each with its own private entrance and driveway, allowing guests to enjoy both shared spaces and personal privacy. Midweek housekeeping is included, typically taking place on Wednesdays for approximately 2 to 3 hours depending on cleaning requirements. Towels are changed during the midweek cleaning, while bed linens are changed once per week for longer stays. Check-in begins at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Children, pets, smoking, and events are permitted. Tourist tax applies. Grocery costs for optional dining services are charged separately. A refundable security deposit of €4,000 is required.
