Located on a sunny hillside setting, the chalet is approximately a 3-minute walk from the center of Gstaad village and near the train station. Pets are not allowed.

The raised ground floor includes a spacious and bright living and dining room furnished with a wooden dining table, corner sofa, fireplace, TV, DVD player, and radio. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, fondue set, raclette machine, toaster, electric kettle, fridge, kitchen utensils, and a small wooden table with access to the furnished terrace. A separate WC is also located on this floor.

The first floor offers four bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds pushed together (2 x 90 x 200 cm). One bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm). Two additional bedrooms each contain one single bed (90 x 200 cm and 90 x 190 cm). This floor also includes one bathroom with bathtub and WC, one bathroom with shower, and one separate WC.

The second floor includes three more bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed made up of two single mattresses (2 x 90 x 200 cm). One small bedroom has two single beds pushed together (2 x 90 x 200 cm). One bedroom contains a single bed (90 x 190 cm). There is also one bathroom with shower and toilet on this floor.

The chalet includes WiFi, flat-screen TV, bed linen, towels, washing machine, cot (60 x 120 cm, sheets not included), and a child’s high chair.

The property is near the train station and includes 3 outdoor parking spaces for guests arriving by car. Access to the chalet requires climbing approximately 60 steps from the parking area.

Electricity, heating, water, WiFi, washing machine, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels (first set), final cleaning, tourist tax, cot (60 x 120 cm), high chair, and up to 3 outdoor parking spaces are included. Capsules for the Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker are not included. Firewood is only provided for the first fire. Pets are not allowed. The chalet is non-smoking.
