This peaceful hillside villa offers spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, a private pool, multiple terraces, landscaped gardens, and generous entertaining spaces. Located within a short drive of Ibiza Town, Playa Talamanca, and Las Salinas, it combines privacy with convenient access to beaches, restaurants, nightlife, and local attractions.

The villa features bright Ibicencan-inspired interiors with white rendered walls, polished floors, natural wood finishes, contemporary furnishings, colorful artwork, and comfortable lounge areas. The main living space includes leather sofas, a TV, a winter fireplace, and direct access to the pool terrace. There is a formal indoor dining area seating twelve guests, additional bar seating for six, and a fully equipped glossy white kitchen with a breakfast table seating six. A second smaller kitchen with a separate entrance is also available.

Outdoor spaces include a private swimming pool, shaded chill-out areas, grassy lawns, sunny terraces, outdoor lounge seating, a summer kitchen, barbecue facilities, an outdoor dining area seating twelve, and west-facing sunset views. The property also includes private gates and parking.

Amenities include WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, dishwasher, freezer, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bar area, safe, in-room safes, Sonos sound system, TV, outdoor sound system, terrace, day bed, and private pool.

Guests have access to the entire property including the private pool, terraces, outdoor dining areas, gardens, lounge spaces, parking area, and all indoor living spaces. Daily housekeeping is included for four hours per day from 9am to 1pm. Linen and towel changes are provided midweek and on Saturdays.

A car is recommended for getting around the area and exploring nearby beaches, Ibiza Town, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The property includes parking facilities and private gated access.

Children, pets, smoking, and events are allowed at the property. The villa is wheelchair accessible. Standard check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. A security deposit of €6,000 is required.
