Completed in 2025, the home features clean architectural lines, natural stone, warm wood finishes, and expansive open-plan living. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels fully retract, allowing the interior to merge effortlessly with the outdoor environment. The main living area is intentionally designed without a television to emphasize connection, relaxation, and the surrounding landscape, though one can be installed upon request. The kitchen centers around a large functional island and connects directly to both indoor and outdoor dining spaces, including a long dining table under a wood-lined ceiling. Outdoor living is highlighted by a saltwater infinity pool aligned with the horizon, multiple lounge areas, and covered terraces that balance sun and shade. Interior gardens and water features guide movement through the home, creating a calm and immersive atmosphere.

The beach is approximately a 5-minute drive from the property, and Santa Teresa can be reached in about 15 minutes. The final approach to the home is steep and unpaved, making a 4x4 vehicle necessary for access.

The residence accommodates a maximum of 11 guests and is not suitable for children under 12 years old. Small dogs may be allowed upon request. Daily housekeeping is provided from Monday to Saturday, along with complimentary laundry service upon request. Night security is present from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. A concierge team is available to arrange private chefs, transportation, wellness services, and curated experiences. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
