The property offers a nature-focused stay combined with optional guided excursions, workshops, and tailored activity programs. Guests can explore the surrounding landscape, local culture, cuisine, and wine, or simply enjoy the tranquility of a secluded mountainous environment. The property is an ecological house where solar panels provide electricity and hot water, and guests are encouraged to support energy saving practices. Natural springs supply the water. The land is worked manually using permaculture principles, and guests are welcome to take part in working the fields. Thick stone walls and strong insulation help maintain comfortable indoor temperatures in both warm and cold seasons. The property consists of a restored stone house of approximately 250 m², arranged over two levels with thick whitewashed walls that maintain a naturally cool interior. The main unit, approximately 120 m², includes one master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms, additional bathrooms, a kitchen, and spacious indoor and outdoor living areas with wide views. A separate studio unit includes one bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchen. The ground floor also features a large open space suitable for workshops, study, or relaxation. Guests have private access to the entire house and its surrounding grounds. The property includes WiFi and essential amenities such as hot water, electricity powered by solar energy with generator backup, and central heating. Bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels are provided. Access to the property includes a 2.7 km dirt road. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended but not required. The location is approximately 120 km from Barcelona, 40 km from Tarragona, and 35 km from Reus Airport. The minimum stay is 6 nights. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. A security deposit of €700 is required. End-of-stay cleaning is included for stays of 6 nights or more, and for stays of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning and change of sheets are included. Additional cleaning, bed linen, and towels are available at an extra cost. Children are allowed. Smoking inside the house is not permitted. The property is not wheelchair accessible.
