The kitchen includes wooden cabinetry and Siemens appliances, along with a dedicated coffee machine and dining space indoors and outdoors. The outdoor area features an 11-meter private saltwater swimming pool, wooden sun deck, parasols, barbecue, outdoor dining area, outdoor chill-out space, outdoor shower, terrace, and parking.

For year-round comfort, the property includes underfloor heating, heating, a wood-burning fireplace, and air conditioning in all bedrooms. Additional amenities include WiFi, washing machine, hair dryer, alarm system, dishwasher, freezer, fully equipped kitchen, pool towels provided, safe, satellite TV, and TV. The property is fully fenced.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. Standard contract applies. Security deposit is 1500 EUR. Preferred check-in time is 16:00 and preferred check-out time is 10:00.

End of stay cleaning is included for stays of 7 nights or more. For stays of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay clean and change of sheets is included. Extra cleaning, bed linen, and towels are available at an additional cost. Housekeeping is not otherwise available.

No smoking is permitted. Children are allowed. There is no wheelchair access. Suitability includes families, small children, groups, couples, romantic stays, relaxation, honeymoons, and summer holidays.
