On the lower level there is an additional bedroom with a single bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, smart TV, and independent entrance. This lower-level room is available for personnel upon request.

Outdoors, the private swimming pool includes a hydromassage feature and is surrounded by sunbeds, outdoor showers, well-maintained gardens, and lounge spaces. There is an outdoor dining and bar area under a pergola, and the dining area is protected from Mykonos’ windy weather.

The property includes a parking area for up to four cars. Mykonos Town is approximately 12 minutes away by car, the port is about 21 minutes away, and the airport is around 18 minutes away. Nearby beaches and destinations are accessible within a short driving time ranging from approximately 2 to 26 minutes depending on the location.
