The main level includes a modern fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, a service bathroom, and the master bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a shower. The upper level features two double bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi and a large bathtub designed for relaxation. The bedrooms offer impressive views of the surrounding landscape. Outside, guests will find a private swimming pool equipped with massage streams and a counter-current system suitable for swimming practice. A table made of wood and stone provides a scenic setting for enjoying sunsets, and the upper part of the garden features a yoga platform positioned under a pergola.
Guests have access to the entire villa and its outdoor areas, including the garden, the private swimming pool with sunbeds, and the terrace areas. The property also includes a private garage that can accommodate two medium-sized cars. Electric vehicles can be charged at the property using an EVbox charging point.
Guests who do not travel by car can rely on public transportation. ASF Autolinee buses operate in Como and nearby towns. Tickets can be purchased directly from the driver using cash or at designated shops such as Emporio Regina in Carate Urio. The C10 bus stop is approximately 150 meters from the property and connects travelers to Como and other lakeside towns. From the Urio ferry stop, local ferries provide access to Como and additional towns along the lake. During high season, waiting lines for ferry tickets can be long, particularly in Como, although tickets can also be purchased online through the Navigazione Laghi website. Most public transportation services stop before 8 p.m., although the C10 bus may operate later. Taxis are available but not always easy to obtain.
