The ground floor features an impressive entrance hall with marble flooring and a wooden staircase, a sitting room with leather sofas, games, and a large TV, a formal dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and extensive cooking equipment, and a toilet. The first floor houses three bedrooms: a spacious Blue Bedroom with a queen-sized sleigh bed and ensuite shower-room, the Pink Bedroom with a queen bed, sofa, and ensuite shower-room, and the Yellow Bedroom with a double wrought iron bed and access to a separate black-and-white bathroom with free-standing bathtub and walk-in shower. The second floor contains the Birds Bedroom with two single beds, the Green Bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite shower-room, and the Grey Bedroom with a double bed and private shower-room. Walking is easy for local amenities, and car access is recommended for visiting surrounding attractions. - The pool is heated and open from mid-April to mid-October. Changeover days are flexible, except Saturdays in peak summer. The property includes gas central heating, air conditioning on the top floor, fans, and baby equipment available on prior request.
