The house spans three floors and covers 250m². The ground floor features an impressive entrance hall with marble flooring and a wooden staircase, a sitting room with leather sofas, games, and a large TV, a formal dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and extensive cooking equipment, and a toilet.

The first floor houses three bedrooms: a spacious Blue Bedroom with a queen-sized sleigh bed and ensuite shower-room, the Pink Bedroom with a queen bed, sofa, and ensuite shower-room, and the Yellow Bedroom with a double wrought iron bed and access to a separate black-and-white bathroom with free-standing bathtub and walk-in shower.

The second floor contains the Birds Bedroom with two single beds, the Green Bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite shower-room, and the Grey Bedroom with a double bed and private shower-room. A family bathroom with free-standing bathtub, walk-in shower, double washbasin, and toilet can serve the Birds Bedroom. Two additional high-quality camp beds can be provided for children.

The lower floor contains a laundry room with two 15 kg washing machines, a tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The motorway junction is 30 minutes north of Souillac, and Bergerac Airport is just over an hour’s drive. Walking is easy for local amenities, and car access is recommended for visiting surrounding attractions.

• The pool is heated and open from mid-April to mid-October. Changeover days are flexible, except Saturdays in peak summer. The property includes gas central heating, air conditioning on the top floor, fans, and baby equipment available on prior request. Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided, and a compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €250 applies. A 3% booking fee and tourist tax are additional.
