This 250 sqm chalet is located on Route d’Avoriaz in Morzine, approximately a 5-minute drive from the village centre. Designed to host up to 14 guests, it offers a balance of alpine charm and modern comfort, making it suitable for family holidays or group stays. The property is positioned in a convenient mountain setting with a shuttle stop located at the foot of the residence, providing quick access to nearby ski areas and the surrounding resort.

The chalet is arranged over two levels and provides spacious interiors designed for comfort and practicality. The first floor features a fully equipped semi-professional gas kitchen suitable for preparing meals for larger groups. A welcoming living area includes a lounge with a sofa and television, creating a relaxing space after a day in the mountains. This level also includes three bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds and a private en-suite shower room with a toilet. A 60 sqm terrace extends the living space and offers open views toward Le Pléney and the surrounding mountain scenery.

The second floor contains four additional bedrooms. Each room is furnished with two single beds and includes a private en-suite shower room with a toilet, providing privacy and convenience for all guests.

Guests have access to the chalet’s living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, terrace, and available amenities during their stay. Four outdoor parking spaces are available at the property. Please note that the owner resides on the top floor of the chalet.

A shuttle stop located at the foot of the residence provides easy transport to the Ardent and Lindarets slopes as well as Avoriaz within the Portes du Soleil ski area. The centre of Morzine is about 2 km away. The nearest ski lift is the Télécabine du Pleney, located approximately 3.1 km from the property. Ski school is about 2.5 km away, and the closest ski slope is Piste B.

The chalet includes WiFi, a washing machine, and a dryer for guest use. Household and bath linen are provided, beds are made before arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning is included. Bathroom products and a welcome reception are also provided. Outdoor furniture is available on the terrace. A baby cot and high chair may be available on request. The owner resides on the top floor of the chalet.
