Surrounded by absolute calm and uninterrupted views of the Luberon, this stone-built Provençal residence offers privacy with no overlooking neighbors and a peaceful atmosphere accompanied only by the sound of cicadas. Set within a large enclosed garden filled with olive trees, the property blends traditional architecture with modern comfort following a full renovation in 2022. Spacious interiors, high-quality decoration, and seamless indoor-outdoor living create an inviting retreat close to the village of Gordes and its neighboring villages.

This 330 m² home features an entrance leading to an open kitchen connected to a dining area and a living room equipped with a fireplace and television. Large French windows enhance the indoor-outdoor ambiance and provide direct access to the terraces.

The ground floor includes three bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet, along with a guest toilet. A back kitchen provides a washing machine, dryer, and extensive storage. Additional functional spaces include a desk area beneath the staircase and fiber internet available throughout the house.

Upstairs, the master suite offers generous proportions, a private terrace overlooking the Luberon, and a large bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. A baby bedroom and an additional attic bedroom featuring a lounge area with a television and PS5 are accessed through the master suite.

An independent outbuilding near the pool house contains another bedroom with a shower room and toilet, providing additional privacy.

The sunny garden centers around a heated 9 x 4 meter swimming pool secured by an electric cover. The pool house includes an equipped kitchen, shower, and toilet, while multiple terraces provide furnished spaces for dining and relaxation. A ping pong table is also available.

The property is fully fenced and accessed through an electric gate. Air conditioning has been installed in every room.

Multiple on-site parking spaces make traveling by car convenient for exploring Gordes and the surrounding villages.

The swimming pool is heated from April through the All Saints’ Day holidays and is equipped with a secure electric curtain.

End-of-stay cleaning is included, along with sheets prepared on arrival, sponges, and pool towels.

Childcare equipment, including two baby cots, is available free of charge.

A concierge is available and reachable throughout the stay.

From November 7 to March 30, the property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests.

No smoking is permitted. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are prohibited, and the minimum guest age is 28.
