Spacious interiors, high-quality decoration, and seamless indoor-outdoor living create an inviting retreat close to the village of Gordes and its neighboring villages.
This 330 m² home features an entrance leading to an open kitchen connected to a dining area and a living room equipped with a fireplace and television. Large French windows enhance the indoor-outdoor ambiance and provide direct access to the terraces.
The ground floor includes three bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet, along with a guest toilet. A back kitchen provides a washing machine, dryer, and extensive storage. Additional functional spaces include a desk area beneath the staircase and fiber internet available throughout the house.
Upstairs, the master suite offers generous proportions, a private terrace overlooking the Luberon, and a large bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. A baby bedroom and an additional attic bedroom featuring a lounge area with a television and PS5 are accessed through the master suite.
An independent outbuilding near the pool house contains another bedroom with a shower room and toilet, providing additional privacy.
The sunny garden centers around a heated 9 x 4 meter swimming pool secured by an electric cover. The pool house includes an equipped kitchen, shower, and toilet, while multiple terraces provide furnished spaces for dining and relaxation. A ping pong table is also available.
The property is fully fenced and accessed through an electric gate. Air conditioning has been installed in every room.
