This three bedroom villa with a private pool is located in a beautiful and quiet area close to the beaches of Elia, Kalo Livadi, Agrari and Kalafati. The house extends to 114 square meters and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. It features sea views and multiple outdoor and balcony areas for relaxation.

The villa is arranged over three levels. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen in an open space layout with the living room. The living area includes a sofa and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, as well as a guest WC. On the first level there is one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. There is also an additional balcony offering a more private sitting area. On the lower level there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a washing machine. Both lower level bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor pool area.
