This peaceful countryside villa is located in a quiet village in the Apokoronas area near Chania and offers a relaxing escape surrounded by natural scenery. Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the residence combines comfort, functionality, and privacy in a tranquil environment away from busy tourist areas. The home features multiple living areas, three bathrooms, two bedrooms, and an open-plan loft sleeping area. Guests can enjoy a private outdoor swimming pool, shaded dining areas, and a balcony with partial sea and mountain views. The villa is ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for an authentic and restful stay close to nature while remaining within driving distance of beaches and local amenities.
The villa has an indoor living area of 140 square meters and is arranged across two levels with an additional open-plan loft.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 meters that can be converted into two twin beds upon request. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 meters. This level also includes a communal bathroom with a bathtub.
Next to the main entrance there is a separate fully equipped enclosed kitchen with modern appliances and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen includes a large folding aluminum door that connects directly to the outdoor pool area and a kitchen island with two stools.
The first floor features a bright living area with a sofa and a 50-inch satellite smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a dining table for up to eight guests is also located on this level. There is a communal bathroom with a walk-in shower.
An open-plan loft accessed by stairs extends above the living area and contains two twin-size beds measuring 0.80 x 2.00 meters.
The first floor also provides access to a balcony with a dining table and partial views of the sea and mountains.
Outdoors guests will find a private swimming pool measuring 19.64 square meters with a depth of 1.50 meters. The pool can be heated upon request during certain periods of the year. The outdoor area also includes sun loungers, umbrellas, a double daybed, and an outdoor shower.
The garden space features a pergola-covered dining area with a dining table, a gas barbeque grill, and an outdoor kitchen area suitable for preparing meals and enjoying dining outdoors. Street parking is available for up to three cars.
Guests have full private access to the entire villa including the indoor living spaces, both kitchens, balcony, private swimming pool, outdoor dining areas, barbeque grill, and parking area. All outdoor and indoor facilities are reserved exclusively for the guests during their stay.
A bus station is located approximately 450 meters from the property. Several local amenities are within a short driving distance including a gas station at 2.7 km, tavernas at 3.1 km, cafés at 3.8 km, mini markets at 3.4 km, supermarkets at 3.6 km, bakeries at 6.3 km, and pharmacies at 6.6 km. Kavros Beach and nearby beach bars are located approximately 6.4 km away.
Chania Airport is approximately 50 km away and Chania (Souda) Port is approximately 38 km away. Heraklion Airport is about 125 km away and Heraklion Port is approximately 120 km away. Car hire is recommended for convenient travel in the area.
The swimming pool can be heated from March until the end of June and from September until the end of November upon request and free of charge, reaching approximately 26 to 27 degrees Celsius depending on weather conditions. Three days advance notice is required.
During July and August the pool can also be heated upon request for an additional cost, payable in cash upon arrival, and three days advance notice is required.
For reservations of five to seven days one cleaning service and one change of linens and towels are provided. For stays longer than seven days cleaning service and linen and towel changes are provided every four days.
A climate crisis resilience fee applies according to Article 53 of Law 4389/2016. The fee is €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March. This fee must be paid in cash upon arrival.
