The basement hosts a dedicated spa area featuring an indoor heated 50 sqm swimming pool equipped with a counter-current system, a sauna, a bathroom with shower, a gym, and an entertainment room with a billiard table. The heated indoor pool makes the space suitable for use during winter days.

On the ground floor, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room with large glass walls that open onto the outdoor terrace. Two double bedrooms with en-suite shower bathrooms are located on this level, one of which has direct terrace access, along with a separate guest toilet.

The first floor includes three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms fitted with bathtubs. Two bedrooms feature double beds, while the third contains a single bed. One of the double bedrooms has its own terrace.

The second floor hosts the final bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower unit.

The outdoor area features a spacious terrace, green lawn with palm trees and Mediterranean plants, garden furniture, deck chairs, an outdoor fireplace, and a 35 sqm outdoor swimming pool with a shower.

The property is fully air-conditioned, equipped with Wi-Fi, modern technology appliances, and offers three parking spaces.

The old town of Trogir is visible in the distance, and the beachfront location allows easy access to the sea.

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not allowed. A security deposit of €1,000 is required.

The stay includes tourist tax, villa manager, pool maintenance every seven days, baby cot and highchair, weekly change of bed linen and towels or upon request, indoor pool heating, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and parking.
