The fourth bedroom offers a 180 cm bed, wardrobes, flat-screen TV, and a sofa bed suitable for one or two children. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with corner bathtub and double vanity, and there is a separate toilet on this level.
The guest house in the east wing provides additional accommodation. The ground floor includes a living and dining room with sofa, table and flat-screen TV, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Upstairs, the master suite includes a 180 cm bed, antique wardrobe, balcony, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and double vanity, plus a separate toilet. Another bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed with storage. Two additional bedrooms each provide two single beds. A further bathroom with shower, vanity unit, and toilet serves this floor.
The basement extends under the entire property and includes a games room with television, PS4 console and board games, a gym area with ping-pong table and exercise bike, a laundry room with 16 kg washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, two additional refrigerators, storage space, and a separate toilet.
The property is equipped with central heating, Wi-Fi throughout, seven connected televisions, four bathtubs, five showers, hair dryers, vacuum cleaner, fans, baby cot and baby high chair.

Bed linen and towels are available for rental at €20 per person. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory at €300. Tourist tax is €1.50 per night per adult. A 25% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due one month before arrival. A refundable security deposit of €1500 is payable with the balance. A 3% booking and payment fee applies.
