On the ground level, there is a living room, dining hall, fully equipped kitchen, one master bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom, and one bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and a separate bathroom. The upper level features one master bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200), an en-suite bathroom, and access to a spacious balcony. On the lower level, there is an additional bedroom with a single bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, smart TV, and independent entrance, available for personnel upon request.

Guests have access to the entire villa and its outdoor areas, including the private swimming pool with hydromassage feature, sunbeds, outdoor showers, lounge area, outdoor dining space, and bar area under the pergola. The dining area is protected from Mykonos’ windy weather. There is parking space available for up to four cars.

The villa is 12 km from the port and 9.3 km from Mykonos Airport. Travel times by car range from approximately 12 to 26 minutes to various beaches and areas across the island. Private parking for up to four cars is available on the premises.

Included services consist of daily light cleaning, linen and towel changes twice per week, professional pool cleaning and maintenance, garden maintenance, and 24/7 support.
