This traditional finca is located in northern Ibiza, just a four minute walk from the village of Sant Carles de Peralta and close to the well known Bar Anita. The property blends authentic Ibicencan character with contemporary comfort. It offers rural surroundings while being within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the village centre. Beaches including Cala Llenya and Aguas Blancas are a short drive away. The villa accommodates up to six guests across four bedrooms and features a private pool, garden and modern amenities designed for a comfortable stay. The ground floor includes a grand entrance hall leading into an open plan kitchen and dining area, a separate living room and an additional dining space. On this level there is one bedroom with two single beds, as well as access to the laundry area and a guest WC. The upper floor has three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Outdoor areas centre around a private swimming pool with a dual depth design, featuring a shallow section suitable for children and a deeper section accessed by wide steps. The garden includes natural grass and mature fruit trees. There is also a separate enclosed garden room by the pool with its own bathroom with walk in shower and a kitchenette with fridge. Outdoor features include parasols, terrace, barbecue, outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining area, outdoor chill out area, outdoor shower, fully fenced grounds, private gates and parking. Guests have private access to the entire villa, gardens and pool area. The property is fully fenced and accessed through private gates. Due to the central village location, shops, restaurants and the town centre can be reached on foot. Beaches and nightlife venues are a short drive away. End of stay cleaning is included for stays of seven nights or more. For stays of fourteen nights or more, a mid stay clean and change of sheets is included. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. Additional cleaning, bed linen and towels are available at an extra cost. Standard check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00. The security deposit is 1,000 EUR. The minimum stay is seven nights. Children are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. The property is not wheelchair accessible. Due to the low profile balcony design, Bedroom 2 is recommended for adults or older children only.
