This stunning property consists of two stone houses set 20 meters apart, nestled within a romantic gated garden. Guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool, multiple terraces, and beautifully landscaped surroundings. The property accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms with air-conditioning, each featuring a safe and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes, and pool towels are provided. The first house offers two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and toilet. The ground floor includes a spacious 45 m² living room with a historic fireplace, a 16 m² dining room seating up to 12, and a fully equipped 30 m² kitchen opening onto a courtyard and terrace. One bedroom on the ground floor contains a 160×200 cm double bed and a 90×190 cm single bed. The first floor bedroom has a 160×200 cm double bed and an ensuite bathroom with corner bath. The second house is built on three floors, offering one suite per level. The ground floor suite features a 160×200 cm double bed, ensuite bathtub, double washbasin, and separate toilet. The first-floor suite has a 160×200 cm double bed, walk-in shower, claw-foot bathtub, washbasin, and separate toilet. The attic suite contains a 160×200 cm double bed, 90×190 cm single bed, and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. A nearby annex contains a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and second refrigerator. Guests have access to the entire property, including both houses, the heated swimming pool, terraces, garden, and outdoor dining areas. The pool is fenced and may be covered with an electric shutter. Guests may also use the outdoor sofa under a shed, the former bread oven barn converted into an outdoor dining room, and a Weber charcoal barbecue. A private car is recommended to reach the property and explore the surrounding area, including nearby towns, historic sites, and leisure activities. Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory (€200). Touristic tax applies per adult per night (€3.30). Pets allowed only with formal agreement (€50/stay). Booking requires 25% deposit at reservation and remainder one month prior, along with a refundable €1500 breakage deposit.
