This authentic Ibicencan finca is a 300 m² rural estate set on a 30,000 m² private plot in the Benimussa Valley. Respectfully restored to preserve its heritage, the property combines traditional island architecture with modern comforts. Surrounded by countryside tranquility, it remains well positioned, with San José just 10 minutes away and the beaches of Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida and Cala Conta within a short drive. The home accommodates up to ten guests across five double bedrooms, all fully air conditioned.

The residence is arranged on a single level and is defined by thick stone walls and generous proportions. The main entrance leads through a hallway with an original fireplace into a spacious living and dining room with distant sea views. A separate lounge sits adjacent, along with a large farmhouse style kitchen equipped for holiday catering. The kitchen includes a large breakfast table, pantry, fireplace, coffee machine, dishwasher, freezer and washing machine.

The sleeping quarters are divided into two wings. In one wing, accessed through a traditional distribution salon, there are three double bedrooms, one with a 1.35 m bed and two with 1.60 m beds, along with a large bathroom with a bathtub. The second wing features two expansive bedrooms with large double beds, one with an en suite bathroom. This wing also includes a private lounge and an additional bathroom with a walk in shower.

The outdoor areas are arranged over three levels. From the main living space, a large interior patio provides a shaded setting for outdoor dining. Below is a garden with natural grass and fruit trees overlooking the valley and almond groves. This level also includes a private gym and an outdoor bathroom with a shower. On the third level, the private swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and parasols. Overlooking the pool is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue area with gas grill, fridge, dishwasher and oven.

The property is fully fenced with private gates and offers parking for numerous vehicles. Modern amenities include WiFi, air conditioning in all bedrooms, heating, satellite TV, TV, stereo system, safe, hair dryer and pool towels.

All access roads to the property are fully asphalted. The estate offers parking for numerous vehicles and provides easy road connections to San José and surrounding areas.

End of stay cleaning is included for stays of 7 nights or more. For stays of 14 nights or more, a mid stay clean and change of sheets is also included. Extra cleaning, bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. Standard check in time is 16:00 and check out is 10:00. The security deposit is €800. The property is suitable for families, small children, groups, couples, honeymoons, relaxation and summer holidays. Children are allowed, smoking is allowed and the property is wheelchair accessible.
