The outdoor areas are arranged over three levels. From the main living space, a large interior patio provides a shaded setting for outdoor dining. Below is a garden with natural grass and fruit trees overlooking the valley and almond groves. This level also includes a private gym and an outdoor bathroom with a shower. On the third level, the private swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and parasols. Overlooking the pool is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue area with gas grill, fridge, dishwasher and oven.
The property is fully fenced with private gates and offers parking for numerous vehicles. Modern amenities include WiFi, air conditioning in all bedrooms, heating, satellite TV, TV, stereo system, safe, hair dryer and pool towels.
