Designed by renowned Lucchese architect Lorenzo Nottolini, the property combines a grand main villa and a second independent villa on the same estate, offering generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, sweeping countryside views, and exceptional amenities. The estate consists of two villas located approximately 100 meters apart within the same private grounds. The main villa spans multiple floors and features elegant reception rooms, frescoed ceilings, marble fireplaces, multiple dining areas, a library, office, television room, and both a modern kitchen and demonstration kitchen. Bedrooms are distributed across all floors, including a ground-floor bedroom for guests who prefer minimal stairs. Heating, utilities, and exclusive use of the estate are included in the price. Pool heating above the standard temperature of 24°C is available at an additional cost during May through September. Optional services such as chef, maid, nanny, food and beverage service, transfers, and telephone usage are available upon request. The chapel is consecrated and suitable for weddings and special events.
