Designed by renowned Lucchese architect Lorenzo Nottolini, the property combines a grand main villa and a second independent villa on the same estate, offering generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, sweeping countryside views, and exceptional amenities. Its scale, privacy, and proximity to Pisa Airport make it ideal for large family gatherings, reunions, celebrations, and professional events. The estate consists of two villas located approximately 100 meters apart within the same private grounds. The main villa spans multiple floors and features elegant reception rooms, frescoed ceilings, marble fireplaces, multiple dining areas, a library, office, television room, and both a modern kitchen and demonstration kitchen. Bedrooms are distributed across all floors, including a ground-floor bedroom for guests who prefer minimal stairs. Every level offers views of the surrounding valley, gardens, olive groves, or countryside. Outdoor spaces include extensive formal gardens, shaded dining areas, a large private swimming pool, and a floodlit grass tennis court. A historic consecrated chapel dating back to the 13th century is also located on the estate, restored in the 19th century under Lorenzo Nottolini’s design. The second villa offers a more contemporary Tuscan interior with an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, additional sitting room, and well-appointed bedrooms, making it ideal for extended family or staff accommodation. It has its own enclosed garden and direct gated access to the main grounds. Guests have exclusive use of both villas, the private gardens, grounds, swimming pool, tennis court, and outdoor dining areas. All indoor and outdoor spaces described are for guest use only during the stay. A car is recommended. On-site parking is available. Lucca can be reached easily by car, and Pisa Airport is approximately 15 miles away with frequent international connections. The nearest train station is in Lucca. Heating, utilities, and exclusive use of the estate are included in the price. Pool heating above the standard temperature of 24°C is available at an additional cost during May through September. Optional services such as chef, maid, nanny, food and beverage service, transfers, and telephone usage are available upon request.
