Located within a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it provides a calm retreat surrounded by natural beauty while comfortably hosting up to eight guests. Positioned about 400 metres above sea level in southwest Mallorca, the property allows full immersion in nature while remaining within convenient reach of Palma, the international airport, and the beaches of Port d’Andratx and Camp de Mar, all roughly 30 minutes away. A grocery store is approximately a 15-minute drive, balancing privacy with everyday practicality.

The finca features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms arranged across two floors, each with a private en-suite bathroom for comfort and privacy. Every bedroom includes plush box-spring beds, air conditioning, radiators, WiFi, and expansive sea and mountain views that create a restful atmosphere. The open-concept kitchen and dining area serves as a welcoming gathering space, equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a central island alongside a dining table for eight. Guests can relax in the sauna overlooking the garden, enjoy the heated saltwater pool, work out in the private gym, or spend time outdoors where a turf football pitch, playground, terraces, and quiet corners encourage both activity and relaxation. The surrounding 360° views of mountains and sea enhance the tranquil setting throughout the day and evening.

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the surrounding region and nearby amenities. The airport is approximately 28.9 km away, with an estimated travel time of 34 minutes. Distances and travel times may vary depending on seasonal traffic and road conditions.

Check-in is preferred from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. A security deposit of EUR 1000 applies. Housekeeping includes a midweek and departure clean, and the tourist tax is included in the rate. Pool heating is available for an additional EUR 245 per week. Smoking is not permitted, pets are not allowed, events are prohibited, and the property does not offer wheelchair access.
