A grocery store is approximately a 15-minute drive, balancing privacy with everyday practicality. The finca features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms arranged across two floors, each with a private en-suite bathroom for comfort and privacy. Every bedroom includes plush box-spring beds, air conditioning, radiators, WiFi, and expansive sea and mountain views that create a restful atmosphere. The open-concept kitchen and dining area serves as a welcoming gathering space, equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a central island alongside a dining table for eight. Guests can relax in the sauna overlooking the garden, enjoy the heated saltwater pool, work out in the private gym, or spend time outdoors where a turf football pitch, playground, terraces, and quiet corners encourage both activity and relaxation. The surrounding 360° views of mountains and sea enhance the tranquil setting throughout the day and evening. Guests have access to the entire property, including the private heated pool, sauna, gym, terraces, outdoor dining area, barbecue, football pitch, playground, garage, and parking areas. Indoor amenities include WiFi, air conditioning, central heating, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities with tumble dryer, baby equipment, coffee machine, fireplace, safe, and entertainment options such as Smart TVs, TVs in bedrooms, a Sonos sound system, and board games.
