Santanyí is approximately 10 minutes away, several beaches including Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards, and Es Trenc are within easy reach, and Palma with its international airport is just over half an hour away.
The villa blends traditional architecture with modern comfort, featuring a honey-colored stone façade, terracotta roof tiles, wooden shutters, travertine floors, and bright interiors filled with sunlight. White walls are complemented by artwork, antique furnishings, and comfortable sofas. French doors open onto shaded terraces overlooking the pool, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
