Located in the peaceful Santanyí countryside, this stone villa accommodates up to 10 guests across five double bedrooms. Surrounded by fragrant gardens, manicured lawns, and olive trees, the property offers panoramic 360-degree views across southern Mallorca while maintaining convenient access to nearby towns and beaches. Santanyí is approximately 10 minutes away, several beaches including Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards, and Es Trenc are within easy reach, and Palma with its international airport is just over half an hour away.

The villa blends traditional architecture with modern comfort, featuring a honey-colored stone façade, terracotta roof tiles, wooden shutters, travertine floors, and bright interiors filled with sunlight. White walls are complemented by artwork, antique furnishings, and comfortable sofas. French doors open onto shaded terraces overlooking the pool, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

The property includes a fully equipped kitchen as well as a summer kitchen with a gas barbecue and outdoor dining area. A rooftop terrace provides an additional space for relaxation. A Sonos sound system is installed throughout the villa. Outdoor areas center around a 14-meter swimming pool equipped with a swan-neck massage jet and optional child-safety gating. Poolside loungers, parasols, a ping-pong table, and a sail-covered chill-out area offer spaces for both activity and rest.

Car rental is recommended. Playa de Cala Santanyí is approximately 12.6 km away, restaurants and shops are about 4 km away, the town of Santanyí is 8.6 km away, and Palma Airport is around 40.6 km away. Travel times may vary depending on traffic and seasonal conditions.

A security deposit of 1,000 EUR is required. Preferred check-in time is 16:00 and check-out is 10:00. Housekeeping is optional, and for stays of 14 nights a complimentary mid-stay change of towels and bedding is included. Tourist tax is included. A welcome pack costs 10€ per person. Extra cleaning can be arranged at approximately 20€ plus IVA per hour. Pool heating is available for 500€ per week, and pool fencing is available for 450€ per week and must be arranged two months before arrival. Smoking is not permitted. Children are allowed, wheelchair access is available, pets are not permitted, and events are welcome.
