It accommodates up to eight guests.
Organized over two levels, the ground floor offers a living room of more than 80 m² with cathedral ceiling and loft-style layout. The elegant lounge area includes two sofas arranged around a stone fireplace with wood burner. The formal dining space features a large wooden table seating eight guests. The open kitchen, separated by a large quartzite island, is fully equipped with induction hob and retractable hood, refrigerator, wine cellar, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and percolator, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, chopper, and croque-monsieur appliance.
The first suite on the ground floor includes a 180x200 cm double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, dresser, bunk bed, two armchairs, and direct outdoor access through a glass door. It has an en-suite bathroom with double sink and tiled walk-in shower. A separate toilet with washbasin is also located on this level.
Upstairs via an industrial staircase is a mezzanine play area with table football, two armchairs, and a coffee table. A second suite offers a 180x200 cm double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, small desk, and armchair, along with a private en-suite bathroom featuring walk-in shower, double sink, and separate toilet.
On the other side of the property, accessible from inside and outside, the third suite offers two 90x200 cm single beds that can be joined into one 180x200 cm double bed. It includes a private bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, and toilet. The fourth suite features a 180x200 cm double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and armchair, as well as a private bathroom with tiled shower, double sink cabinet, and separate toilet.
A cellar includes a second fridge-freezer and a fully equipped laundry area with washing machine, dryer, central steam system, ironing board, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing table.
Shops are located 1.5 km away and the medieval center of Sarlat-la-Canéda is 3 km from the property. Private on-site parking is available for four to five vehicles.
- Changeover day is flexible. Minimum stay is four days in mid-season, seven days in July, and ten days in August. The price includes all charges except a 3% booking and banking fee, tourist tax of 3.63 € per adult per night, and a compulsory final cleaning charge of 250 €. Bed linen and towels are included. A refundable breakage deposit of 1,500 € is required with the balance payment. A 25% deposit is due at booking and the remainder is payable four weeks before arrival. Up to two dogs are allowed with a charge of 100 € per dog per stay. Baby cot and baby high chair are available upon prior request.
