The property spans approximately 400 m² and is designed with clean architectural lines, high ceilings, and large openings that allow abundant natural light throughout the interiors. The villa accommodates up to twelve guests across six bedrooms and features spacious living areas that connect seamlessly to outdoor terraces. The outdoor area includes a long private swimming pool surrounded by wooden decking and native vegetation, creating a serene setting for relaxation under the sun while enjoying the quiet forest surroundings.

The 400 m² property sits on a 4,000 m² plot and has been thoughtfully designed to create a strong connection between indoor living spaces and the surrounding natural environment. High ceilings and expansive openings allow natural light to fill the interiors, while the spacious living areas provide comfortable gathering spaces. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and juicer. The living areas open directly onto outdoor terraces that allow guests to enjoy the garden and pool views. The outdoor setting includes a long private swimming pool with wooden decking, garden spaces, garden furniture, and shaded terraces suitable for outdoor dining. Additional features include a fireplace, barbecue, television, washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer, and internet access. The property is equipped with electric heating and floor heating, three fans, and mosquito nets throughout the accommodation.

Guests have access to the entire property, including the indoor living areas, six bedrooms, kitchen, garden, terraces, and the private swimming pool. Open-air parking is available within the same building area.

Open-air parking is available at the property for guests. The nearby city is approximately 8 km away, and the sandy beach is about 12 km from the property.

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 23:45 and check-out must be completed before 11:00. A refundable security deposit of €2,000 is required and held on a credit card upon arrival. Bed linen and towels are included and changed every seven days. Housekeeping services are provided once per week and final cleaning costs €250 per booking. Heating and internet access are included. Optional services include a baby high chair available for €6 per night and a cot or crib available for €8 per night. Guests are required to contact the agency one week before arrival to provide travel details and arrival time to arrange key collection. Refund of the security deposit is made by bank transfer between five and fifteen days after departure. Pets are not allowed. If a booking is cancelled from the booking date until forty-three days before check-in, a penalty of fifty percent of the total rental price will apply. VAT is included in the accommodation price.
