Contemporary Sea View Mediterranean Villa

This sophisticated contemporary villa captures the essence of Mediterranean living on Mallorca’s southwest coast. Designed to maximize natural light and sea air, the property features clean architectural lines, expansive terraces, and seamless indoor–outdoor living spaces. Surrounded by landscaped gardens with palm trees and cacti, the villa offers sea views, a heated saltwater pool, and a peaceful yet luxurious setting. Complimentary use of a golf buggy, nearby tennis courts within a two-minute walk, and access to Singular Fitness in Puerto Portals are included. The villa accommodates up to six guests, plus babies or toddlers.

The villa is arranged over two floors and offers five suites, each with premium 200 x 200 king size box-spring beds, air conditioning, underfloor heating, WiFi, and bedroom safes. Every suite enjoys views of the sea, pool, or garden. Four naturally lit bathrooms serve the property. The upper floor features the Master Suite and a Junior Suite, both with en-suite bathrooms and balcony access with sea views. The lower floor includes three Pool Suites. One Pool Suite has an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub overlooking the Mediterranean garden and direct lawn access. Two additional Pool Suites share a bathroom and have terrace access with sea views.

The upper-floor living area opens directly onto the pool and barbecue terrace through large sliding doors, offering panoramic sea views. The living space includes a premium sofa set, gas fireplace, satellite TV, TV, TV in bedrooms, WiFi, and smart home controls. The open-plan designer kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, wine cooler, large bar, and a spacious dining table seating up to ten guests. A poolside kitchenette on the ground floor provides a fridge, dishwasher, and coffee machine.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private heated saltwater pool, sauna with garden views, terrace, veranda, balcony, outdoor kitchen, Napoleon gas grill barbecue, outdoor dining area, outdoor chill-out area, lawns, garden, fully fenced grounds, garage, and parking.

Guests have private access to the entire villa, garden, heated saltwater pool, sauna, garage, and parking areas. Complimentary use of a golf buggy is included. Guests also have access to a tennis court located a two-minute walk away and complimentary use of Singular Fitness in Puerto Portals. Midweek cleaning and departure cleaning are included in the stay.

Puerto Portals is about a five-minute drive from the villa. Palma and the airport are approximately 20 minutes away by car. A golf buggy is available for guest use during the stay.

Pool heating is available at an additional cost of €350 per week. The villa includes midweek and departure cleaning. Standard check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00.
