This four bedroom villa accommodates up to eight guests and is set on a small cliff in the peaceful area of Sa Caleta. The property offers uninterrupted sea views with Formentera visible on the horizon and is within walking distance of the beach. Although it feels private with no immediate neighbors, it is well connected to key areas, with Ibiza Town approximately 15 minutes away and the airport around 8 minutes by car. The villa measures 280 m² and features a private 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, garden, and multiple terraces designed for outdoor living.

The property is arranged across two adjoining units with separate entrances, offering flexibility and privacy for families or groups. Inside, there is one fully equipped kitchen with a large hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, freezer, and dining table. The kitchen connects to a dining area for eight guests and leads into the main lounge with large glazed windows overlooking the pool and sea. The main lounge includes comfortable sofas, a fireplace, satellite TV, and TV. A third separate lounge features a private bar.

All bedrooms are air conditioned. The master suite includes a double bed, TV, en suite bathroom, sea views, and a separate entrance. One bedroom has two single beds and access to a nearby bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. Two additional bedrooms each have a double bed and access to nearby bathrooms with showers, with one of these bedrooms also including a ceiling fan. There is an additional room with a sofa bed and TV suitable for reading or relaxing.

In total, the villa provides four bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. There is one bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower, and two additional bathrooms with showers, one of which features a walk in shower and another located in an interior patio. A separate laundry and utility room includes an extra large fridge, washing machine, ironing facilities, and storage space.

A car is recommended for convenient access to nearby towns, shops, nightlife, and other beaches. The airport is approximately 8 minutes away by car and Ibiza Town can be reached in about 15 minutes.

The minimum stay is 7 nights. Standard check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00. A security deposit of 800 EUR is required. End of stay cleaning is included for stays of 7 nights or more. For stays of 14 nights or more, a mid stay clean and change of sheets is included. Additional cleaning, bed linen, and towels are available at an extra cost. Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided. Smoking is allowed. Children are allowed. The property does not have wheelchair access. Housekeeping is not included other than as specified.
