The house is arranged over two levels and centers around a traditional Ibicencan kitchen featuring an original fireplace and built-in side sofas. The kitchen connects to a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV, which opens onto a veranda with a long dining table leading toward the pool area. The property includes one fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer, alarm system, WiFi, air conditioning in selected bedrooms, heating throughout interior rooms and bathrooms, and a fireplace.

Outdoor living is designed for relaxation and gatherings, with a private swimming pool, terrace, parasols, outdoor chill-out area, outdoor dining area, barbecue, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen under a traditional porch. The grounds are fully fenced and secured with private gates. There is also an outdoor bathroom with shower facilities.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. Standard check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. Security deposit is €800. Children are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Wheelchair access is not available. Housekeeping is not included except as specified above.
